I am a writer, facilitator, presenter, content creator, entrepreneur, body image movement ambassador, cossie confidence model and dauntless adventurer.

Inspired by stories of imperfection because I’m bored with seeing glossy, edited, photo-shopped, manicured lives. I like messy, unique, confused, rambling, troubled, enlightened, dirty, funny, quirky, raw lives.

I’m available for writing and editing work as well as manuscript advice.

As a presenter and facilitator, I am passionate about empowering women to embrace their bodies, find their passions and live a succulent, joyous life.
